Fr. Benjamin Welcoming Message
Welcome to the Sts. Viator and Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Chicago website. I hope you find the information you need on this page. May Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary be in your heart as you explore this page.
Sts. Viator and Wenceslaus Church continues to be active thanks to families seeking spiritual growth through the Religious Education program for parents and children and the celebration of the sacraments. Saints Viator and Wenceslaus is a place to celebrate the Holy Eucharist and to instruct new generations in the faith. Through our tradition, we recognize that good faith formation enriches life and creates a community of empowered believers.
If you are looking for a community to learn and celebrate the faith, I hope you consider Sts. Viator and Wenceslaus as an option. We invite you to join us on Saturday evenings or Sundays to celebrate the Holy Eucharist together and thank God for the blessings received. Holy Mass is the source and the maximum of everything we do. Please, if you have any questions or need more information, do not hesitate to contact us.

The Annual Catholic Appeal is an invitation for every Catholic family to respond with a generous heart. Your gift will provide inspiration, education and services to the less fortunate in our Archdiocese and throughout the world.

Annual Catholic Appeal 2024
The Annual Catholic Appeal offers us a wonderful opportunity to respond to the call of “Together at the Table.” This campaign is a way to come together with Jesus and each other as we serve the needs of others. Through the Campaign, we reach out to parishes in difficulty, to people beyond our local Church who are suffering from illness, natural disasters or the misfortunes of war.
Please take some time over the next week to pray and reflect on what it means to you to be part of the healing mission and help others encounter Jesus at the Table by supporting the Annual Catholic Appeal.
Last year, the Archdiocese set the goal for us to collect at $34,026.00. Thanks to your commitment and generosity we managed to exceed the goal by a little over $2000.00. Remember, the amount that exceeds the set goal returns to the parish to help our healing mission locally. This year the Archdiocese has set us a target of $36,051.00. I have full confidence in God and in you that, moved by the call of Christ to gather at the table through the Annual Catholic Campaign to care for our Church and each other, we will achieve our goal!
